The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Thanksgiving Day officers arrested Karen R. Goulet, age 43 of 310 Lafeyette Avenue in Geneva. Goulet was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% BAC or higher, and move from lane unsafely.The charges stem from a property damage accident on West Main Street in the Village of Waterloo, where it is alleged that Goulet struck a parked car, and was found to be intoxicated.Goulet was released on tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 12/16/15 at 5:00 pm.
