On Sunday at 8:40 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested John A. Crawford, age 27 of 3120 Elmwood Avenue in Rochester, after an investigation initiated on November 25th when a size-able amount on marijuana was delivered to a Lower Lake Road address in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Through investigation, it was learned that the marijuana was intended for Crawford.Crawford was charged with Attempted Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the second degree and was arraigned in Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $3,000 cash bail/$5,000 secure bond.A felony hearing is scheduled for Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/03/2015 at 9:00 am.
