The Village of Lyons police department has stopped writing tickets. The chief says he doesn’t have the staff to do it and, with the village dissolving, he says there won’t be any way to collect the fines.But some people who live in the village say if their tax dollars are going towards paying the police until January they should be working full force until then.Check out the report at WHEC.com or watch the video below…
