On Friday at approximately 9:56 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony J. Serafino, age 46 of 307 West Main Street in Waterloo, for Petit Larceny. Serafino is accused of stealing merchandise in the amount of $15.38 from the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Seneca Falls. Serafino was issued an appearance ticket and released. Serafino is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 23rd at 6:00 pm to answer to the charges.
