Dillan J Savon, age 23 of Locke, NY was arrested on Monday around 11:23 pm after a traffic stop conducted on State Hwy 13 located in the Town of Cayuta. Subsequent to the traffic stop an investigation was conducted and it is alleged that Dillan J Savon did operate the vehicle while intoxicated. Dillan was issued traffic tickets for Speed over 55MPH, Aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd, Broken windshield, Unlicensed operator, Driving while intoxicated, and Driving while intoxicated. Dillan was held in the Schuyler County Jail until arraignment in the Town of Cayuta the morning of 11/17/2015.
