The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Tuesday at approximately 4 pm Deputies responded to 2195 Church Street in Lodi for the report of a physical domestic dispute. While on scene, Deputies discovered that Roger A. Sackrider, age 24 of the above address, had struck a female resident with a closed fist. While Deputies were attempting to place Sackrider into custody, he struck a Deputy and began to actively resist arrest. Sackrider was eventually subdued and charged with 2 counts of Harassment 2nd and Resisting Arrest. Sackrider was arraigned at the Town of Lodi Court where he was released on his own recognizance. Sackrider is scheduled to reappear on November 18th at 10:00 am. An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the female victim. The Deputy who was struck by Sackrider did not sustain any injuries. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the NYSP.
