The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Wednesday at approximately 3 pm Deputies responded to the area of Route 89 in the Town of Fayette for the report of a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident. Upon completion of the investigation it was discovered that Sally Denise, age 61 of 7657 Route 89 in Interlaken, was operating a 2004 Santa Fe in a Southbound direction. Denise then struck two separate telephone poles and the vehicle then came to rest in a lane way. It is alleged that Denise was operating her vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Denise was charged with Failure to Keep Right, Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. Denise was released on appearance tickets. She is scheduled to appear at the Town of Fayette Court on December 16th at 7:00 pm. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the NYSP and NYSPP.
