On October 31st at approximately 11:55 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Makeda Thomas, age 39 of 50 Grover Street in Rochester, following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. A traffic stop was performed after in was discovered that the vehicle Thomas was operating was suspended due to insurance lapse. After further investigation, it was discovered that Thomas’s driving privileges were suspended in the State of New York. Thomas was issued UTTs for the following; Operating a Motor Vehicle while suspended/revoked and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree. Thomas was released on those UTTs and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 19th at 10:00 am to answer to the charges. Thomas’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
