Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators arrested Mary C. Atkachonis, age 32 of no permanent address, on charges related to the alleged sale of prescription pills in the Town of Seneca Falls. 
Atkachonis was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a Class B Felony, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class B Felony. It is alleged that Atkachonis sold a quantity of methylphenidate to another person while in the Town of Seneca Falls. Atkachonis was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded back to the Ontario County Correctional Facility as she is being held on unrelated charges. The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation and arrest.
