On Thursday November 5th at approximately 4:30 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Mary C. Atkachonis, age 32 with no address available, for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the second degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree. The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred at a local business on August 20th. Atkachonis was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and was released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to re-appear in court on December 3rd at 5:00 pm.
