Seneca County Sheriffs Investigators arrested two subjects on warrants related to welfare fraud. Arrested were: Stephen J Sinicopi, age 53 of 1824 Route 5 in Seneca Falls, and Kaylee E Millerd, age 29 of 55 Stevenson Street in Seneca Falls. Both were arrested at the Waterloo Village Court after turning themselves in. Sinicropi was charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, welfare fraud 3rd, a class D felony and offering a false instrument 1st, a class D felony. Millerd was charged with offering a false instrument 1st, a class D felony. Both subjects were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court where they were released on their own recognizance. They are to appear in Village Court at a later date to answer the charges. These charges are the result of a joint investigation between the Seneca County Welfare Fraud Department and Seneca County Sheriffs Investigators. The Sheriffs Office is committed to investigating claims of welfare fraud.
