The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on October 18th at approximately 9:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Douglas K Albro, age 46 of 7362 County Road 131 in Ovid, for 2 counts of Harassment 2nd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Criminal Mischief 4th. The arrest stems from a domestic dispute where it is alleged that Albro engaged in a physical altercation with two females, one being under the age of 17. During the incident Albro also damaged property belonging to one of the female victims. Albro was arraigned at the Ovid Town Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash $5000 secured bond. He is to reappear at the Ovid Court on a later date. Orders of Protection were issued on behalf of the victims.
