On Tuesday at 11:42 am, Geneva Police along with NYSP Parole arrested Shannon T. Praylor,35 of 83 Genesee Street APT 01 in Geneva, for a Parole Violation. Praylor was found to be in possession of over 1 Ounce Crack Cocaine, Powdered Cocaine, Marijuana, Oxycodone, Sub Oxone, and Tramadol all packaged for sale. Street value of the crack cocaine & other drugs are in excess of $10,000 – $15,000 dollars. $2000.00 US Currency was also seized in the investigation.
Praylor was arraigned and held on No Bail due to previous felonies. He is scheduled to reappear in Geneva City Court October 29th at 9:00 am. Additional charges are pending.Charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felony.
