2 Seneca Falls teens caught with pot

The Seneca Count Sheriffs Office reports that on the 21st of October 2015 around 1:40 am Sheriffs Deputies arrested Austin T. Kelly, 19 of 75 East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls and Jarred J. Wright, 16 of 2155 SR 5&20 in Seneca Falls. The arrests stems from a traffic stop that occurred on State Route 318 on the 21st of October 2015 at 1:31 am in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the investigation, Sheriff’s Deputies located a quantity of marijuana, prescription pills, and other drug paraphernalia. Kelly has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, speed in zone ,and a equipment violation. Wright has been charged with Unlawful possession of Marijuana. Kelly and Wright were released on appearance tickets and are to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on the 12 of November 2015 at 10:00 am.
