On Monday afternoon, after a lengthy investigation, Penn Yan police arrested Timothy P. Pease, age 27 of 227 Seneca Park Avenue in Rochester and owner of MVP’s Sports Bar on Elm Street in Penn Yan. Pease was charged with criminal nuisance in the 2nd degree.The charge stems from several incidents and arrests that have originated in MVP’s Sports Bar & Grill. Pease had previously been warned by police about the circumstances occurring.Over the last several weeks police have dealt with several incidents associated with MVP’s including fights, disorderly conduct incidents, and fake ID’s being used. Police have also dealt with underage sale and consumption of alcohol within MVP’s where Penn Yan police have made nearly a dozen arrests for violation of the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Control Law and other criminal charges.Pease was processed at the Penn Yan Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Village Court on November 9, 2015.
