So the first Wednesday since June without a Farmers Market. I don’t know about you but I am sad and miss it already! We wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has visited the market and helped support the vendors all season. It has been so wonderful to see so many people enjoy coming to the market to purchase fresh, local produce and many other locally made products. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to another great season in 2016. We are proud of our vendors who are so loyal and dedicated to the market each week and we want to thank them as well. They amaze me with their commitment to being at the market each week, rain or shine or cold or wind, and bringing their best product that they work so hard to produce and make. Thank you to our market manager, Berta Bennet, who does such a great job each week helping get the market set up, running the EBT machine and making sure the vendors and customers are happy.Thank you to the CCE Seneca County nutrition program for coming each week with tasty samples, great recipes and nutrition and canning advice. Also a thank you to the market sponsor, Seneca Falls Development Corporation and the Town of Seneca Falls. And to Mark at the Seneca Falls Recreation Department for getting the market signs out each week!Though our facebook page won’t be as active in the off season, we will still do occasional posts and of course update in the spring when we are close to opening, so if you haven’t already like us on facebook. www.facebook.com/senecafallsfarmersmarket
