Teen charged after urinating on Penn Yan business

On Friday night just after 11:30 pm, Penn Yan Police arrested 19-year-old Tristan Mills of Sodus after he was observed urinating on the door of a business in Penn Yan in full public view.During the investigation of the incident Mills was also found to have been in possession of a forged instrument and was also in possession of an alcoholic beverage despite being under the age of 21.Mills was arraigned in the Village of Penn Yan Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. He is to appear in court again at a later date to answer the charges.
