On Friday at approximately 8:10 am the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Cheyenne Rider, 24 of 3615 Church Street in Tyrone, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree, after a complaint of reckless operation on State Route 14A.Following a traffic stop on Liberty Street, a computer check of Rider’s license showed three suspensions, two failure to pay fine and one for failure to answer summons.Rider was issued a ticket and released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
