On Tuesday at 8:29 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Carrington L. Tarver, age 21 of 103 1/2 East Williams Street in Waterloo, on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Petit Larceny. Tarver is accused of stealing a patrons phone from a local business in the Town of Seneca Falls. Tarver was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court and ROR’d. Tarver is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls court on October 21st at 10:00 am to answer to the charge.
