The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Saturday at approximately 9:00 pm Deputies responded to the area of County House Road and Bauer Road for the report of a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident. Upon subsequent investigation, Deputies arrested Joshua W. Thomas, age 24 of 41 Church Street in Waterloo. Thomas was charged with Failure to Use Designated Lane, Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated .18 or Higher, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Thomas was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court where he was released on his own recognizance.
