On October 8th at about 9:02 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Bruce N. Deal, age 59 of 13 VanRenssalaer Street, Lot 4, in Seneca Falls, on a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. The charge stems from an incident where Deal allegedly possessed a small quantity of crack cocaine while at a business in the Town of Waterloo. Deal was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court on November 20th at 5 pm.
