On October 9th at about 2:20 pm the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested William R. Staples, age 29 of 8376 Main Street, Apartment Five, in Interlaken, on a charge of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident where Staples allegedly sold marijuana to another person in the Village of Interlaken. Staples was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Covert Town Court on November 3rd at 10 am.
