On Friday October 9th at 10:30 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Derek F. Williamson, age 53 of 89 GoldStraw Lane in Fernwood-Newark, United Kingdom for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more, and Inadequate Headlights following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Williamson was issued UTTS and released to a third party. Williamson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 15th at 10:00 am to answer to the charges.
