On Monday October 12th at 12:14 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Andrew C. Maunz, age 25 of 11 East Avenue Apartment 911 in Rochester, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, Operate out of Ignition Interlock Restriction, Operating in Violation of Restrictions, and Inadequate Headlights. The arrest stems from a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls where it was discovered that Maunz’s driving privileges in the State of New York were revoked due to DWI conviction in 2013. Maunz was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released to a third party. Maunz is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 18th at 10:00 am to answer to the charges.
