Buddy J. Weber, age 40 of Tyrone, was arrested on Thursday and charged with forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor. Charges allege that on October 3rd Weber touched the sexual part of an eighteen-year-old female at a private residence in the Town of Tyrone.Weber was arraigned in the Town of Tyrone Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $3000/$6,000 bail/bond
