On Thursday the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Stephen K. Miller, 42 of 123 Benham Street in Penn Yan, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree and side windows non transparent.Officers observed Miller operating a 2014 Dodge with dark window tint. After being stopped by police, a check of Miller’s operating privileges showed him to have 6 suspensions on 4 different dates. The suspensions shown were 2 out of the Town of Canandaigua for failure to answer summons, 2 out of the City of Rochester for failure to appear/pay fine, 2 out of the Village of Wayland, Steuben County for failure to answer summons.Miller will appear in the Village of Penn Yan Court at a later date to answer the charges.
