The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on October 5th at approximately 6:30 pm Deputies arrested Kevin M. Erb, age 29 of 26 Chapin Street lot 28 in Seneca Falls. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on River Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Erb was charged with the following: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Petit Larceny, AUO 3rd, and Failure to Use Designated Lane. Deputies discovered that Erb was operating a 2004 Freightliner box truck without the owners permission and was also in possession of multiple tires that were taken without the owners consent. Erb is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 5th for arraignment.
