Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on October 4th at 9:25 am Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Richard C. Moll, 21 of 20 Jefferson Court in Fairport, on East Hayts Corners road in the Town of Romulus. The arrest stems from a speeding violation that occurred on State Route 96 in the Town of Ovid. Moll was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI .18% or Higher, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, and Speed in excess of 55 MPH zone. Richard Moll was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash or $20,000 secured bond and is to reappear in the Town of Ovid Court to answer the charges.
