The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday at 11:57 am Deputies arrested Paul J. McGuane, age 56 of 7549 Potter Morgan Road in Covert, for a Bench Warrant issued for failure to appear. McGuane was arraigned in the Town of Covert Court before Judge Schmidt and released to return to the Town of Covert Court on November 9th at 10:00 am.
