On Monday at about 12:30 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Bryan A. Jones, age 26 of 55 W Bayard Street in Seneca Falls and Stephen L. Jones, age 27 of no permanent address, following the investigation into a residential burglary that was reported on September 23rd. It is alleged that the pair (brothers) forced entry into a residence and stole items valued at over $1,000. Both were charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Conspiracy in the 4th Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. 
Both were arraigned in Tyre Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond and are to reappear on October 8th at 4:30 pm.
