Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 25th at 8:45 am deputies arrested Leonardo Lopez, age 58 of 109 Ave B in Rochester, on a Bench Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failure to appear. Lopez was arraigned before the Town of Tyre Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash $2000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 14th at 9:00 am to answer to the charge.
