On Tuesday at approximately 5:25 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Stacy A. VanTassell, age 40 of North Lewis Street in Auburn, for Issuing a Bad Check. VanTassell is accused of writing a check to a Town of Seneca Falls business in the amount of $1,000 when her account had insufficient funds. VanTassell was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR to reappear in Town Court on October 14th at 9 am.
