On Monday at about 7:15 pm The Waterloo Police Department Was dispatched to the Waterloo Sunoco Express Mart at 136 East Main Street for a woman who allegedly dropped what appeared to be a bag of narcoticsinside the store. The woman who dropped the bag picked it back up and was sitting in a car outside of the gas station.A traffic stop was initiated and an investigation into the complaint was conducted. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department K9 unit conducted a Search of the vehicle. The K9 unit did indicate the presence of narcoticsinside the car however, there was not enough suspected material to obtain a positive result for narcotics.The driver of the vehicle, Courtney B. Bower, age 18 of 1256 Hecker Road, Waterloo was arrested for Aggravated Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the third degree and was released on a traffic citation.
