On Monday at approximately 5:01 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Cristopher T. Kesterson, age 29 of 1492 Caroline Road in Waterloo, and Rachael R. Winfield, age 33 of 28 Auburn Road Apt D3 in Seneca Falls, following a traffic stop. Kesterson was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rdDegree and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree. Kesterson was also found to have an active warrant out of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. Winfield was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Controlled Substance in non-original container. Winfield was also found to have an active warrant out of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. Kesterson was arraigned and held in Seneca County Jail with no bail. Kesterson is due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 1st at 10:00 am.Winfield was released on her own recognizance and is due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 14th at 9:00 am.
