On Saturday at approximately 8:54 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Shannon M. Burgio-Sullivan, age 28 of 110 Auburn Road in Seneca Falls, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving While Impaired by Drugs, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. The arrest stems from a complaint received by Police that a vehicle was observed on Bayard Street driving through residential yards and striking a curb. The vehicle and its operator were located at a local business where it was discovered that Burgio-Sullivan’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended. Burgio-Sullivan was released on UTTs and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 28th at 6:00 pm. The felony charge stems from Burgio-Sullivan having a prior DWI conviction in the last ten years.
