A 13-year-old juvenile male was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny for stealing a bicycle from the Seneca Falls Middle School on 95 Troy Street in Seneca Fall. Seneca Falls Police received a report on September 18th, 2015 of a bicycle that was taken from the Middle School bike rack without the owner’s permission. The investigation was conducted by the School Resource Officer, in conjunction with school officials, and was able to identify the 13-year-old suspect as the one who stole the bicycle, which was not recovered. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket to appear at the Seneca County Probation Department. The name of the juvenile is being withheld due to his age.
