On Saturday at approximately 11:40 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John E. Higgins, age 42 of 144 Latta Road in Rochester, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd and Speed Over 55. During the Stop, it was discovered that Higgins driving privileges in NYS were revoked due to failure to submit to a chemical test. Higgins was released on UTT’s to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 19th at 6:00 pm.
