On Saturday at 12:26 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James R. Bell, age 39 of 13298 State Route 38 in Martville, NY following a traffic stop on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. During the stop, it was discovered that Bell’s driving privileges in NYS had been revoked. Bell was issued UTTS and released. Bell is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 12th at 6:00 pm to answer the charges.
