Waterloo Police Dept arrested Ashley L. Baker, age 29 of 62 Center Street in Waterloo for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree. Baker is alleged to have had possession and control over items that were reported stolen in February 2014 from the Village of Waterloo address where she was living at the time.Some of the items stolen at that time were recovered by police during an investigation earlier this year at her current residence.Baker was issued an appearance ticket for Waterloo Village Court on 10/7/15.
