On September 19th at approximately 9:06 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Aaron S. Wilkins, age 46 of 110 Fennell Street in Skaneateles, for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .18% or higher, and Driving with No/Inadequate Headlights. The traffic stop stems from a complaint of a vehicle traveling on Balsley Road with no headlights. Wilkins was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released on his own recognizance. Wilkins will reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on October 14 at 9:00 am.
