On Wednesday at approximately 8:20 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Stacee S. Harvey, age 29 of 297 Seymour Street in Auburn, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. A complaint of an erratic driver was received by officers who responded and observed Harvey on her cell phone while operating her vehicle. While on a traffic stop it was discovered that Harvey’s driving privileges in NYS had been suspended. Harvey was released on UTTs and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on October 26th at 6:00 pm to answer the charges.
