On Sunday September 20th at 5:43 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Imran A. Chaudhry, age 26 of 218 Main Street in Hornell, for Criminal Trespass 2nd. Police were called to a home on East Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls after a couple woke up to a male taking a shower in their bathroom. Chaudhry was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond. Chaudhry is scheduled to re-appear in town court on October 28th at 9:00 am.
