On September 20th at approximately 11:20 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy M. Davis, age 28 of 609 Lasher Road in Clyde, for Harassment in the Second Degree. Davis is accused of being involved in a domestic dispute where he struck and bit his girlfriend inside a Seneca Falls residence. Davis was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance. Davis is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 5th at 6:00 to answer the charge.
