On September 15, 2015 at approximately 10:50 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Todd E. Mills, age 32, of 310 South Garrett Street in Nevada, Ohio, for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device, a violation, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree as well as a Log Book Violation, both of which are Misdemeanors.Mills is accused of driving his semi truck off the truck route which led to the traffic stop. It was discovered that Mills did not have an up to date Log Book for interstate commerce and his license was suspended.Mills was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Mills is to reappear on September 23rd at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
