The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 9:59 pm Deputies arrested Desmond M. LaDuew-Piergrosso, age 30 of 982 Leader Road in the Town of Fayette, for the charges of Endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree. Deputies report LaDuew-Piergrosso was involved in a domestic dispute where he shoved a woman and her sixteen year old daughter witnessed the incident . LaDuew-Piergrosso was arraigned in the Town of Fayette court and released on his own recognizance. LaDuew-Piergrosso is to reappear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date and time.
