A press release from the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office was received this afternoon and reads as follows – Alexis A. Williams, age 26 of Ithaca, was arrested on September 17, 2015 and charged with Sexual abuse in the first degree, a class “D” felony. Charges allege that on July 4, 2015 in the Town of Montour, Williams touched the intimate parts of an 11 year old female. Williams was arraigned in the Town of Montour Court and release on his own recognizance.
