On Thursday September 10th the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators arrested two suspects on two separate investigations of the sale of illicit drugs. Arrested were the following: Joshua A. Morgan, age 20 of 105 ½ East Main Street in Waterloo, was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies, and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies. The charges stem from an investigation of Morgan allegedly selling heroin and cocaine in the Town of Seneca Falls and Village of Waterloo. Morgan was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Morgan is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on September 15 at 9:00 am. Daniel S. MacGill, age 20 of 23 Grove Street in Waterloo, was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. The charge stems from an investigation of MacGill allegedly selling marijuana in the Village of Waterloo. MacGill was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail/$1,000 secured bond. MacGill is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on October 7 at 5:00 pm.The Seneca Falls Police Department and Waterloo Police Department assisted in the investigations and arrests.
