Seneca Falls Police arrested Kevin M. McGough, age 67 of 41 Garden Street in Seneca Falls, on September 8th at 10 am on charges of Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child . McGough is accused of having inappropriate contact with a minor in June 2015. 
McGough was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/09/2015. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
