On Sunday at approximately 10:26 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kenneth W. Pickney, age 55 of 149 Fall Street Apt 1 in Seneca Falls, for Harassment in the Second Degree. Pickney is accused of being involved in a domestic dispute where he pushed his girlfriend inside their residence. Pickney was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to Seneca County Jail in lieu of $200 cash or $400 insured bond. Pickney is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 1st at 5 pm to answer the charge.
