On Saturday the Penn Yan Police arrested Tyler Hurlbert, 16 of 352 East Elm Street in Penn Yan, for Criminal Contempt in the first, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment in the second.The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred at the same address where Hurlbert was allegedly fighting with family members and struck a 12 year old male and an adult during the incident. There was a standing order of protection out of the Yates County Court to refrain from such behavior.Hurlbert was arraigned in the Penn Yan Village Court and committed to the Yates County Jail on $2500 cash $5000 bond.
